PHILADELPHIA SUPERINTELLIGENCE / TEAM FIELD GUIDE

Bring Si into the work your team already does.

I help Philadelphia teams understand superintelligence and put it to practical use. Start with a familiar task, give people time to try it, and agree on what a useful result would look like.

01 / START WITH THE TEAM

A workshop needs something to work on.

I start with what people actually do. Choose an example that lets your team see the input, try a different approach and judge the output together.

Document & knowledge work

Bring a public document or an approved example. Practice turning it into a summary, a first draft or a set of questions. Check the source material against the result.

Customer & client follow-up

Map how an inquiry becomes a response and a next step. Identify where a person needs to make a decision, confirm an answer or approve an action.

Operational handoffs

Look at a repeated transfer between people or systems. Name the information that must arrive, the owner of the next step and what happens when something is missing.

Give people a shared way to evaluate the work.

A useful session makes the review visible. Ask what the tool handled well, where the output needed correction and whether the approach fits the task.

For a mixed group, I can use one example with different roles: someone provides context, someone operates the tool and someone checks the result. The team can then discuss where that process belongs in its own work.

02 / YOUR WORKING SHEET

Team workshop brief.

Build a starting brief for a team session. Choose the audience and a practical focus, then see what to prepare before the workshop.

What is already in place?

This worksheet runs in your browser. It does not send your entries or write them to browser storage.

EXAMPLE BRIEF / READY TO CUSTOMIZE

Your workshop brief

Start with one approved document task and a team that understands it.

  1. Explain the task, the source material and what a good result includes.
  2. Try a draft together, then check it against the original.
  3. Agree on what to practice again and who will follow up.

Preparation: confirm approved examples, tool access and an owner before scheduling hands-on work.

The worksheet is a starting point for your own planning. It does not book a session, recommend a specific product or submit an inquiry.

03 / MAKE THE NEXT STEP USEFUL

A learning plan can reduce the cost of waiting.

Waiting leaves the existing work in place. Repeated document preparation, manual follow-up and avoidable handoffs continue to use the team's time. The useful question is which of those tasks is worth examining first.

A bounded workshop gives people a shared example and a way to compare approaches. It can also show that a proposed use needs better information, more review or a different tool. That is useful evidence before a larger commitment.

Across the Philadelphia region

I am based in Philadelphia. I can discuss sessions for teams in Center City, University City, the Main Line, King of Prussia, Conshohocken and Wilmington, as well as remote groups. Include your location, audience and preferred format when you reach out.

A FEW PRACTICAL QUESTIONS

Before your next step.

How should we choose a first workshop topic?

Choose a recurring task your team understands, with examples you are allowed to use. A document draft, research summary or follow-up process gives people a concrete way to practice and review the result.

Do all participants need the same experience with Si?

No. A useful brief identifies what people already know, which tools they can access and what they need to do next. I can shape the session around that starting point.

Can a workshop lead to implementation?

Yes, when the team identifies a useful workflow and an owner. Implementation needs a separate scope, approved information, review responsibilities and criteria for deciding whether the workflow is ready.
